Unlocking The Spectrum is seeking talented Board Certified Behavior Analysts to develop and lead programs for children with autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Candidates should be interested in working within a center, home, and/or community-based model.

 

Primary duties will include:

  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments/Functional Analyses,
  • Assessing and ongoing evaluation of clients through developmental and skills assessments,
  • Developing behavior intervention plans and treatment plans,
  • On-site training and supervision of staff responsible for program implementation.

 

The ideal candidate must be able to fulfill numerous roles, to include direct services as needed, management of clinical staff, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the center. The position requires at least 1 to 3 years of experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism. In addition, excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a thorough knowledge and understanding of the theory, practice, and application of Applied Behavioral Analysis are required. Board Certification (BCBA) required.

BCBA positions are currently open in the following locations: Indianapolis, Terre Haute, Bloomington, and Seymour.

Unlocking The Spectrum is seeking talented Program Managers to assist BCBAs with the development and implementation of programs for children with autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Candidates should be interested in working within a center, home and/or community-based model. The position requires 1 to 3 years experience working as an ABA provider along with a Bachelors or Master’s degree in ABA or a related field. Current enrollment in a BACB approved certification program of study or board certification in behavior analysis (BCaBA or BCBA) is required.

Unlocking The Spectrum is seeking talented ABA Therapists to implement programs for children with autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Candidates should be interested in working within a center, home and/or community-based model. Primary duties will include implementing behavioral programs addressing both behaviors to increase and decrease, including assisting child with daily self-help skills. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and use common sense in all matters. Training in Applied Behavior Analysis will be provided.
